Installation

•Connect up power

•Connect serial cable between PC and F/C

•Calibrate tray

•Save coordinates

•Install software

•Determine delay time

Problems

•Fractions not correlating to the tick marks on the Galaxie software

•Liquid is not delivered to the tubes

•Probe hits the top of the tubes or is not low enough

•Error status LEDs are showing an error

•The fraction collector shows offline in Status Overview

•The arm is not moving correctly in the X, theta or Z axes

•Fraction collector is not initializing
