REQUIREMENTS FOR ADDING/SUBTRACTING
In order to add or subtract matrices, both matrices
MUST have the same number of rows and the
same number of columns.

MULTIPLYING BY A SCALAR
A scalar is a number that is multiplied to each
number inside a matrix.
Just like when you dilate a shape by a scale factor
