Third program evaluation by High Council of Public Health (HCPS) pain management conditions vs. pain management itself hospital vs. primary care weak support of some risk populations (ex. pain in mental health) financial liabilities of 21.7 m€ but weak tracking weak cooperation between parts of French health authorities

Consultations (from Nov.11 to May 12): with all professional heath and pain patients organizations to determine future actions to increase quality in pain management considering always three aspects of pain management:

acute pain

procedural pain

chronic pain
