The Hospitality Ministry provides a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for members of the St. Clare
community and visitors, as well as new parishioners, to meet and interact with one another in a positive

first Thursday of every month at 8:30 AM in the Parish Center. All are welcome.
The Helping Hands Ministry reaches out to those who are needy, elderly, sick or in need of
bereavement consolation. This ministry meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 4 PM in the Parish Center. Enter through the door in the rear parking area. Please feel free to come to these meetings;
new faces are always welcome. The next meeting is on Tuesday, October 2, at 4 PM.

Senior Priest Retirement Fund
Thank you for your generous support of last week’s second collection to benefit the Senior Priest Retirement Fund that benefits those clergy in our diocese who have reached retirement age. Despite ‘retirement’ many priests continue to provide pastoral care to the faithful through celebrating Masses, visiting hospitals and nursing homes, volunteering in schools and fulfilling many other duties in continued service to the Lord and the faithful. If you forgot to make a donation and would like to support this fund that provides modest resources for priests in their retirement years, please visit www.srpriestri.org to make an online donation using a secure server or mail your offering to Senior Priest Retirement Fund, Office of Stewardship & Development, One Cathedral Square, Providence, RI 02903. Thank you for your support of this critical effort to provide for senior priests in their retirement years.
