If you have not already turned in a Project Record, please do so as soon as possible so that you may receive your year pin. If you want an Award Medal, now is the me to work on your Recordbook. You can stop by the Extension office and pick up a copy of the Points book or download it directly from our website www.gray.agrilife.org. In order to earn your parcipaon giſt from the Parent-Leaders Associaon, the Points book must be turned in. All Project Forms, Recordbooks, and Points Books are due in the County Extension Office on or before Wednesday, July 5 at 5:00 p.m. If you need assistance or don’t know where to find these documents, please call the office! District 1 Photography Workshop The annual D-1 Photography workshop is set for Tuesday, July 11th in Amarillo. The tentative plan is to have 3 sessions including, lighting, action photography and cameras 101.We would like to go to the Splash pad at Medical Center Park to get some action shots. After lunch, we want to visit Lonestar Scales and Tails to get some photos of some awesome critters! If you are interested pleased call the office to find out when 4-H Connect opens for registration.

A Recordbook Training is scheduled for Thursday, June 8 at 6:30 p.m. Bring your 4-H records
and let’s get started organizing your Recordbook!
Recordbooks are due in the County Extension Office by July 5th at 5:00 p.m.
Please be sure to contact Joan for the appropriate paperwork!

All clubs will resume meetings beginning September, 2017.

work for those who need steers validated. The
following options are available: The dates that are
available are the evenings of June 19-June 22 after
5:00 p.m. Please contact Mike at 669-8033 to let
him know which day works for you.

The archery project will continue to meet every Monday at 6:00 p.m.

Dog going to the State Dog Show will meet at the Bull Barn on to prepare for State Dog
Show on the following Dates: June 7 @ 4:00 p.m., June 14 @ 4:00 p.m. and June 25 @
4:00 p.m.

Project Budget requests are due to the Extension office no later than June 21. Each
project group may request funds to support their activities for the 2017-2018 year.
These funds will be disbursed during the budget meeting on June 22nd. Depending
on the amount of money raised during the 2016-2017 year, 4-H will determine the
amount the project groups will be budgeted.
Shotgun project will meet every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the Pampa Trap and Skeet center.
