WHAT IS 4G?• 4G is the term used to refer

to the next wave of high speed mobile technologies that will be replace current 3G network.

WIMAX WiMAX is a wireless communication standard designed

to provide 30 to 40 mb per second data rate. WiMAX is created by the WiMAX forum which was

formed in June 2011 to promote conformity and interoperability of the standard.

WiMAX sometime referred to as Wi-Fi on steroids and can be used for a number of applications including broadband, cellular backhaul, hotspot etc.

The bandwidth and range of WiMAX make it suitable for potential applications.

LTE

4G LTE is a standard for wireless communication n of high speed data for mobile phones and data terminals.

It is based on the GSM and UMTS network technologies, increasing the capacity and speed using a different radio interface together with core network improvement .

The worlds first publicly available LTE service was launched by Teliasonera in Oslo.
