Manufacturing Products to Harvest the Power of the Sun.
About Us365 Solar Power Inc is a privately held Canadian Corporation with the sole purpose to manufacturer high-performance solar electric modules, via licensing a patented PV Module technology. This Licensed Technology produces modules of high power density, increased lifetime, and uncompromised aesthetic appearance. We partner with international technology leaders to develop and deliver IEC, CSA and UL-certified solar solutions to customers throughout Europe and North America.
365 Solar Power Inc. was formally founded in 2008 with the ultimate goal of manufacturing solar panels to revolutionize solar power use in residential, commercial, industrial and utility power generation. We facilitate access to solar as a viable energy option, now and in the future, opening up all the benefits it offers.
With a management team strong in both technology and business, we will manufacture leading-edge technology capable to enable access to clean, boundless solar energy.
Management TeamWe have a strong management team , with combined experience of over 120 years in the Design , Manufacturing , and Sales and Marketing of high tech products for the Energy and Telecommunications sector.
Some Highlights of the Management teams executive experience:

Manufacturing Facility365 Solar Power Inc. will be located in London Ontario just outside the Greater Toronto Area. We have secured a newly built facility that boasts a full service location with 100000 square feet of Manufacturing, Distribution, Administration, and Executive office space. The location is conveniently located close to a major highway artery, airport, and the US border.
Manufacturing Facility
Below is a drawing of the manufacturing floor. Keeping with the tight specifications of the Technology Licence manufacturing process, 365 Solar Power Inc. has an extremely efficient and repeatable process to manufacture PV modules within specifications consistently. We will be able to produce 50 MW per annum by Dec 31 2011.
PV ModulesThe Licensed Technology enables optimum performance from each solar electric module by providing enhanced protection from the shade. This Technology allows for the optimization of energy yield from solar electric modules under real world operating conditions which are often far from perfect. Shade from trees, building obstructions, leaves, moss, snow, and dirt can reduce the performance of solar electric modules.
The core of the technological advantage is the proprietary and patented PV Module Technology that is used to inter-connect photovoltaic (PV) cells and collect the power they generate. This technology represents a fundamental change in the way that both PV cells and PV modules are built.
This Technology leverages the flexible cell layout feature creating a large number of independently operating segments that are able to function even if one or more are shaded.
Exceptional Performance• 3 times less sensitive to the effects of shade from debris• Up to 25% higher annual energy yield from the project
area• Significant increase in annual energy yields for 1-axis
horizontal tracker applications due to longer harvesting hours
• Up to 60% less mounting materials required• Able to install on previously unsuitable sites• More power production over each day, season and
year.
PV Modules
The Second Licensed Technology is comprised of a polymer film embedded with a number of specially coated copper wires. These wires are coated with a proprietary low-temperature melting point alloy and are designed to establish a low-resistance electrical contact with the surface of the PV cell. This is a direct replacement of the conventional PV cell soldering process that is currently widely used in the industry. By reinventing the way solar modules are constructed, this Technology improves power output, lifetime and aesthetic appearance. At the same time represents an enabling platform for design and commercial implementation of the next generation of PV cell concepts that is not possible with the current solder-based approach to module assembly. The Technology allows for some of the industry’s leading levels of performance in terms of energy generated per rated watt of power. These performance levels are validated by on-going third party field performance data at various test sites around the world. The R&D facility continues to focus efforts on research and development in the quest to advance photovoltaic technology and achieve cost parity for solar energy.
