ALUMINIUM DESIGNER RADIATORS
SUSTAINABLE AND AESTHETIC HEATING COMFORT If there ever was such a thing as the perfect marriage
between heating and design then aluminium is the ideal
match-maker. Vasco’s aluminium radiators are manufactured
using a patented press fitting process. Following this they
are cataphoretically primed and then electrostatically coated
with high-quality epoxy-polyester powder. With its unique
technical advantages; including excellent heat conduction,
the high output in low temperature systems and eye-
catching design; it is clear that in all of Vasco’s extensive
aluminium collection conditions have been met to create
100% sustainable and aesthetically pleasing heating comfort.
At Vasco we process, melt and extrude aluminium waste into
a unique new end product in the shape of Vasco aluminium

ALUMINIUM DESIGNER RADIATORS SAVE ENERGY IN 3 WAYS:
Fast reaction timeThe core of an aluminium radiator contains only two litres of
water, whereas a classic radiator will easily contain ten litres.
As a direct result, an aluminium radiator will react almost
instantly to the heating temperature set on the thermostat,
yielding a much higher heat efficiency.
Maximum heat output thanks to high degree of conductivity
The optimal conductivity characteristics of aluminium
radiators ensure maximum heat output, even in low
temperature systems. A low water temperature setting
automatically reduces energy consumption.
Enjoyable radiation heat The optimum combination of convection and radiant heat
in aluminium radiators creates a comfortable feeling of
warmth in your home and if required, the thermostat can
be lowered a few degrees.
CONTEMPORARY COLOURS In 2019, a number of new and contemporary colours were
introduced in the sanitation and interior design industry.
Popular colours include; shades of gold, copper and
terracotta which, as accent colours, combine really well
with pigeon blue, green and beige, or with the rather
cautious shades of grey. For further information, you can

BEAMS MONO ELECTRIC This aluminium designer radiator combines all the benefits
of electric heating with purity of design - a real must-have
for those who love a minimalist look! During the development
process of the Beams Mono-EL, the Vasco designers had
to pull out all the stops to be able to integrate an electrical
resistance in the sleek vertical profiles (width 150 mm). The
profiles were fitted with additional fins to increase the heat
output. There’s also a cover panel at the back, in the same
colour as the front, which houses the electrical resistance.
As a result, the radiator can be heated to a temperature of
80°C to 85°C - obviously with the option of automatically
regulating the surface temperature according to your needs.
VASCO CONTINUES TO EXPAND ITS COLLECTION OF ELECTRIC RADIATORS
WITH THE ALUMINIUM DESIGNER RADIATORS ONI AND BEAMS MONO, VASCO INTRODUCES
UNRIVALLED TOP DESIGN IN ELECTRIC HEATING
Electric heating is a hot topic. Year on year, the demand from
installers and consumers for innovative electric heating
solutions continues to rise. As insulating PV panels in our
home continue to improve, electric heating provides an alter-
native cost-efficient and user-friendly solution.
Electric heating works on the plug-and-play principle,
i.e. without the invasive need for drilling, channeling or
maintenance work. These solutions also respect Vasco’s
time-honoured tradition of paying the utmost attention to
efficiency, design and ease of use.
ONI ELECTRIC Oni, Vasco’s thinnest bathroom radiator ever (8 mm) is now
also available in an electric version with practical cut-outs
that make it easy to dry towels.
The Oni-EL meets the strict European Ecodesign standards
for electrical appliances. The back of this electric version is
fitted with an entirely flat cover panel in exactly the same
colour as the front, which houses the electrical resistance.
So from the side all you can see is the wafer-thin radiator
panel. The electric receiver module has a standby and a
memo button and is integrated almost invisibly into the unit.

YOUR BATHROOM QUICKLY AT
THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE
ELECTRIC BATHROOM RADIATORS WITH INTELLIGENT CONTROL
As a rule, modern homes are often so well-insulated which
means the need for heating is reduced. However specific
rooms, such as the bathroom, may require a higher
comfort temperature and an electric bathroom radiator
with a Blower will quickly bring the room up to the desired
temperature. Especially if you generate your own electricity
with photovoltaic solar panels.
E-PANELDue to the increasing demand for electrical heating, Vasco
has greatly expanded its range of electric panel radiators.
The current entire E-Panel collection comes with a control
for weekly programming and open window detection. There
are now four additional outputs (from 750 ± 1750 Watts)
which have been added to the vertical range, enabling
Vasco to provide maximum comfort with minimum energy
consumption in your home.

BATHROOM RADIATORS WITH BLOWER Electric bathroom radiators with an integrated Blower
operate using a self-programming intelligent control based
on motion detection, this ensures you keep your energy
consumption to a minimum. The Blower’s built-in motion
sensor allows you to set your own weekly programme
according to your lifestyle. Weekly programmes, set in
advance, can always be adjusted. The Blower is available
with the following five electric Vasco bathroom radiators:
Agave, Aster, Carré Bath, Iris and Niva. The specific shape
of the air outlet optimises the hot air circulation from an
aerodynamic standpoint.
The Blower unit provides an additional 1,000 Watts
and is fitted with a luminescent touch display. The back of
the Blower has a user-friendly filter for easy maintenance.
E-VOLVEThis new E-Volve control for electric bathroom radiators
combines a slender, minimalist design with top energy
performance. The weekly programming and open

LOW TEMPERATURE HEATING (LTH) 360°SUSTAINABILITY
More and more homes are now well-insulated. This obvious-
ly offers many benefits: insulation increases the thermal and
acoustic comfort of homes and allows far more energy-
efficient heating.
LOW-TEMPERATURE HEATING: MAJOR ADVANTAGES WITHOUT ANY DISADVANTAGES
Properly insulated houses result in lower heat consumption.
The radiators can use operating temperatures of
55/45/20°C rather than the conventional temperatures of
75/65/20°C without any compromises in terms of heating
comfort. This means that whereas traditional heating uses a
water flow temperature between 75°C and 85°C, low-
temperature heating uses a water flow temperature between
35°C and 55°C. Low-temperature heating therefore doesn’t
require bigger radiators to achieve the same pleasant
indoor climate as conventional higher temperature heating.
Low-temperature heating is more efficient and may reduce
your energy consumption by up to 30%.
• Heating surface Heating elements for LTH must have a sufficiently large
heating surface to maximise the amount of heat that can
be transmitted to the ambient air. All Vasco radiators can
be connected to a low temperature system, as well as to
fan convectors (e.g. the Vasco Niva fan coil) that can be
used for both heating and cooling. And - last but not least -
underfloor heating is also suited for LTH.
• Suitable heating boilers A heating boiler (such as a LTH boiler or heat pump) that
can handle low supply temperatures is indispensable.
A heat pump is more expensive than a LTH boiler but it
is also the most energy-efficient option.
THE BENEFITS OF LTH: • More energy-efficient heating The heating requirements in a well-insulated home
are much lower and in combination with LTH, energy
consumption can be reduced by as much as 30%. • Even heat distribution With LTH the air temperature near the ceiling is not much
higher than the air at floor level. This means the heat is
distributed more evenly than with traditional heating
systems and the amount of draft and the number of cold
corners are greatly reduced.
• Cleaner air LTH produces less airborne dust around the house
because the currents due to rising heat are weaker than
with traditional systems. This avoids scorch marks
(caused by dust particles that settle onto hot metal
surfaces) and consequently reduces the risk of
respiratory irritation.
• Practical With LTH there is no need to lower the thermostat when
you go to bed at night or need to pop out for a few
minutes. The only time when you should turn down the
thermostat is when you’ll be away for a longer period of
time (e.g. when you’re leaving on vacation).

360°INNOVATIONENERGY-PERFORMANCE LEGISLATION FOR VENTILATION Under the current EPB legislation, ventilation systems
must meet a certain ventilation standard. This standard
stipulates that new homes must contribute to the energy
performance of a home in terms of ventilation.
Heat loss must be prevented as much as possible.
Since all of our units and valves come with factory
presets, all our ventilation systems easily comply with the
applicable standard and the air quality of your home is
guaranteed.
By pre-calculating and pre-setting ventilation systems
with maximum accuracy, Vasco’s ventilation effortlessly
achieve the required flow rates. In addition, our ventilation
systems ensure air is neither discharged too fast or in
excessive quantities. After all, excessive ventilation only
leads to unnecessary heat loss. A properly regulated
ventilation system easily wins five or six points that
come in handy when the energy rating of your home
is calculated.
With a heat exchanger keeps the volume of lost energy to a
minimum. This is important for the environment and with the
stricter building regulations in mind this is no unnecessary
luxury: by 2021, all new building projects must meet the so-
called NZE standard. As ventilation is compulsory, it’s in your
best interest to opt for a system that guarantees the highest
level of energy efficiency.
BETTER FOR YOUR COMFORT Thanks to the heat recovery feature the cooler air supplied
by the system is pre-heated before it is blown into the room.
This system is fitted with a complete bypass: in summer your
home is automatically ventilated with cool outside air so you
can enjoy a comfortable indoor temperature all year long.

CLIMATE STARTS WITH VASCO VENTILATION
EFFICIENCY AND DESIGN CAN GO HAND IN HAND.
For decades, Vasco has been committed to improving
the indoor climate in our homes in a healthy, natural and
energy-efficient manner. Whereas Vasco initially focused
on the production of design radiators, we have intuitively
evolved with the times.
Over the years, Vasco’s innovative and whisper-silent
ventilation systems have also been instrumental in taking
living comfort to the highest level. There is much more to
comfort than just a pleasant indoor temperature - comfort
is also in the quality of the air we breathe.

TWO FLEXIBLE AND
EASY-TO-INSTALL AIR DUCT SYSTEMS
EASYFLOW CONCRETEThe EasyFlow Concrete Pouring system consists of a solid,
sustainable and anti-static combination of polypropylene
on the outside and polythene on the inside. Contrary to
traditional ventilation ducts, no sparks – which can cause
damage to windows, etc. – will occur when shortening
these synthetic ventilation tubes. Furthermore, a plastic
air flow system is obviously susceptible to corrosion. The
EasyFlow is sustainable and good for your health!
Vasco ventilation ducts can be integrated in buildings at
a moment of their choosing: using the EasyFlow Concrete
during the shell construction stage or using the traditional
EasyFlow ducts during the finishing phase.
EASYFLOWThe unequalled aerodynamics of the Vasco EasyFlow
air duct system ensures whisper-silent air circulation
throughout your home. Together, the Vasco air duct system
EasyFlow and Vasco ventilation create a unique low-noise
ventilation system. A limited number of parts and a smart
logistical concept guarantee easy, worry-free installation.
The Vasco EasyFlow air ducts are made of sustainable
HDPE. Installation is fast, simple and flexible. Every air valve
has a single air duct instead of multiple parallel air ducts,
which makes cleaning easy.
VASCO LAUNCHES NEW USER-FRIENDLY VENTILATION DUCTS
FOR POURED CONCRETE
This is excellent news for architects and project
managers, for some building constructions the ducts
can only be placed in the concrete layer. However,
this system enables the integration of ventilation
ducts at an early stage of the building process or
placing air ducts in constructions where the screed
is not sufficiently high for the traditional EasyFlow
ducts.
With the EasyFlow duct system, Vasco had already
come up with an extensive installation-friendly
solution for ventilation ducts in suspended ceilings,
insulation layers, insulating fill layers and concrete
covering floors. Introducing EasyFlow Concrete adds
a system for poured concrete layers so that thanks to
Vasco, architects, project managers and commissioning
parties can now enjoy maximum flexibility.
GREAT NEWS FOR ARCHITECTS AND PROJECT MANAGERS
VASCO REGULATING VALVE AND AIR VALVE GEARED TO EACH OTHER The Vasco Smiley regulating valve makes it easy to ma-
nually set the required airflow rate as a function of the
calculated airflow rate. This adjustment is made just once
at commissioning. The regulating valve contains sound ab-
sorbing material, which also benefits the noise comfort in
the home. Vasco’s designer air valves were exclusively de-
signed for the regulating valve. With their turning system,
the air valves can easily be mounted on and disassembled
from the regulating valve without the use of any tools. This
way, the regulating valves stay neatly in the ceiling or wall
and do not have to be disturbed.

VASCO OFFERS A BROAD RANGE OF UNDERFLOOR HEATING SYSTEMS,
GEARED TO A VARIETY OF CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES AND SITUATIONS, BOTH FOR
NEW CONSTRUCTIONS AND RENOVATIONS.
Vasco customers always benefit from the most energy-efficient, user-friendly and
comfortable solution.
VASCO COMBINATION VALVEVasco has developed a unique combination valve which,
in case of renovations, lets you link your new underfloor
heating to your existing bathroom radiator without the
slightest problem. The branch connection on the valve
feeds the underfloor heating. If the return temperature
becomes too high, the flow rate is automatically reduced.
This valve offers the perfect solution if you are renovating
your bathroom and would also like to install underfloor
heating. This principle naturally also applies the other way
round if underfloor heating is already present and the
bathroom radiator is installed afterwards.
COMBINING UNDERFLOOR HEATING AND RADIATORS Combine underfloor heating with radiators to enjoy maximum
energy-efficiency and flexibility. The underfloor heating will
serve as the basic heating for your home, while the radiators
generate extra heat quickly. The radiators and underfloor
heating do not have to be used together in every room.
For instance, you can also opt for underfloor heating on the
ground floor and radiators on the upper floors. Thanks to
the weather-dependent control of your condensation boiler,
two separate heating curves can be set depending on the
outdoor temperature. This way the underfloor heating can be
used within a temperature range of 30 °C to 45 °C, while
the radiator follows a separate heating curve with a higher
temperature scale.
WET SYSTEM STUD SYSTEM
Stud foil is an interesting solution when working with rigid insulation plates. This ensures that the pipes can be installed swiftly, easily and at an equal distance.
WET SYSTEMTACKER SYSTEM
The heating pipes are attached to the insulation using tackers. This is the most common system and is easy to build up.
WET SYSTEMNET SYSTEM
With this system, coated or galvanised nets are positioned on the insulation layer. The heating pipes are attached using clips or binding wire.
DRY SYSTEMFLOOR FINISH DIRECT GLUEING The heating pipes lie in prefab insulation plates onto which the floor finish (tiles, laminate, parquet) can be glued directly.
MILLING SYSTEM
In case of limited installation height, slots are milled in the screed floor for the heating pipes. The floor finish can be applied directly onto this.
LOW TEMPERATURE HEATING Underfloor heating has the advantage of operating at low
temperatures, with an inlet temperature between 30 °C and
45 °C. As a result, underfloor heating provides a stronger
sensation of thermal comfort because the entire floor surface
acts as a heating element.
ENERGY-SAVING Underfloor heating not only provides a pleasant sensation of
heating comfort, it is also energy-saving:
• Boiler losses and distribution pipe losses are smaller
• Better temperature distribution in the room, allowing a
lower room temperature
• Thanks to the low inlet temperature the condensation
temperature in the condenser is lower with heat pumps,
resulting in higher gains
• Solar collectors connected with an energy tank have
a higher output when the circulating medium has a
lower temperature
ENJOYABLE RADIATION HEAT Radiation heat guarantees optimum heating
comfort. The combination of a low and constant
floor temperature provides a pleasant radiation heat.
As a result, the air temperature can be turned down
1 °C or 2 °C without affecting the feeling of comfort.

WARM IN WINTER, COOL IN SUMMER
THE IDEAL 2-IN-1
SOLUTIONALWAYS THE DESIRED COMFORT TEMPERATURE IN
EVERY ROOM WITH THE NIVA FAN COIL
The Niva fan coil not only works fast and efficiently,
it also lets you set a precise comfort temperature at any
given time heating in winter and cooling in summer.
In keeping with Vasco’s tradition, the refinement of the
Niva design is obvious from every detail.
The sleek, white front panel combined with the back
part gives the impression that the radiator is
suspended in relation to the wall.
The ideal 2-in-1 solution, both for contemporary homes
and more classic interiors.
ENERGY-EFFICIENT OPERATION The Niva fan coil sucks the air in through the bottom part
and transports the cool or hot air to the heat exchanger via
the fan. The hot (in winter) or cold air (in summer) is blown
into the room through the grate at the top. The Niva fan
coil is fitted with a DC motor to lower energy consumption
even further.
SUITABLE FOR LOW TEMPERATURE SYSTEMS A fan coil is a heat exchanger with fins, with an integrated
fan that blows warm or cool air into the room. That is why
this system, which works at low water temperatures from
28-40°C, is so interesting when used in combination with a
heat pump. While the Niva fan coil can be used in all rooms
of the residence, its cooling function makes it especially
suitable for the bedroom on those hot summer nights but it
can also cool down e.g. large living kitchens with sizeable
windows.
The fan coil quickly heats or cools the space from 18 °C to
22 °C or from 28 °C to 24 °C. For cooling purposes water
temperatures of 7 °C-12 °C are used. The high-precision
temperature control is operated very intuitively via the touch
display.

VASCO PRODUCT CONFIGURATORThe Vasco Product Configurator is a practical tool enabling you to configure your own Vasco radiators. So how does it work? Configuration is done in 2 simple steps. First the Product Configurator uses a series of technical parameters to calculate the required heat output to heat one or more spaces in your home. Based on the results a broad selection of suitable Vasco radiators will be sug-gested (dimensions, heat output, etc.). Subsequently you select the Vasco radiator of your choice and complete your configuration: determine the right type, choose a colour and if you like you can even select matching luxury acces-sories. Finally, you can save your configuration for yourself and/or email it to your installer.
SHOWROOM & DEALER LOCATORIf you’re interested in a specific Vasco radiator but you’d rather see it in person before placing the actual order? On the Vasco website www.vasco.eu you can easily look up which Vasco radiators are available for viewing in which showrooms. Base your search on a certain showroom in your area or in a certain radius and then look up all the models that are on stock. Or you can look for a certain radiator that is available in one or multiple showrooms. Inspire, check, see, feel and purchase. Vasco Group likes to guide the end customer through this entire process so you will make the optimum choice at the end of the day. It’s a Vasco …
