Implementation and minimum requirements to the foundation and installation place

• Foundation measurement to lift in the open air: length in drive-on direction: 1500 mm breadth crosswise to drive-on direction: 3750 mm Attention : For lifts that will be set-up in the open air the foundation has to be executed frost-resistant (appr. 1,1 m deep) and a roof over has to be foreseen.

• Foundation measurement to lift in a hall:

minimum thickness without stone floor and tile layer: 250 mm Concrete grade: B25 minimum pressure resistance of installation place: 100 N/cm² Should there be an isolation between stone floor and floor plate we recommend to remove this. The surface of the foundation has to be even and level for all lifting platform types. The lower soil has to meet the general guidelines for development sites (DIN 1054).

• Power supply:

5 x 1,5 mm² Ölflex / 400 V /50 Hz, protected with 16A inert The power supply to the lift has to be done ex works.

• Doweling:

necessary amount:10 pieces uncracked concrete: Glue cartridge HVU M16x125 Order number 256694 Anchor pole HAS M16x125/38 Order number 66004 (up to 2 cm floor covering) Anchor pole HAS M16x125/108 Order number 259941 (up to 10 cm floor covering) cracked concrete: Glue cartridge HVU-TZ M16x125 Order number 311370 Anchor pole HAS-TZ M16x125/30 Order number 332519 (up to 2 cm floor covering) Anchor pole HAS-TZ M16x125/100 Order number 332521 (up to 10 cm floor covering) If unknown concrete situation, we recommend to suppose cracked concrete!

We recommend to put up each column bended outside with 0,4° ( = 1cm / meter ) in order to compensate the load with a lifted car.

If the installation will be made by a third person an examination of a well informed expert is generally necessary for all lifts before putting in operation.

Pay attention to technical fitting instructions!
