Karakoc A.S./ KLP Machine Group meets all eccentric press

“C” Tipi PreslerSağlam bir gövde ve daha iyi mukavemet için gövde çelik levhalardan kaynatılmıştır. Görünümün güzel ve yapının dar olması için krank mili yan olarak yerleştirilmiştir. Düzgün parça basmaya, haraketli ve çevik bir işe aynı zamanda düşük ses oranına sahip olabilmek için, pnömatik kavrama ve fren birleştirilmiştir. Dişli takımları, akıcı yağlama sistemine adapte edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda gresleyerek yardımcı olunmaktadır. Koç bloğu, bronz panelden yataklanmış olup, 6 yüzden yataklama sağlar. Çift selenoid emniyet valfi sayesinde ekstra güvenlik sağlanmıştır.

“C” Type PressesThe body has been welded with steel plates, to provide constant accuracy and high strength. Crankshaft has been located laterally for a good appearance and a tight structure. Pneumatic clutch and brake have been combined, to provide accurate part production, dynamic and agile operation with less noise pollution. Gears have been adapted to the lubrication system and greasing the gears helps the system at the same time. Ram, bedded from the bronze panel and provided 6-surface bearing. Double selenoid safety valves provide extra security.

HİDROLİK PRESLERSERIES HYDRAULIC PRESSES

3200 tons presses meet all requirements for high tonnage works. These machines have linear guide, tie-rod design and 5000x2000 moving table dimensions.

• The four-column hydraulic presses, supported by hydraulic control system valves for safety, can move easily and need less maintenance.

• It can be adjusted to single or inch stroke mode by control panel.

• It has mechanism to increase the time of holding constant pressure.

• Working pressure and stroke can be adjusted in a wide interval.
