1. Tactical Rifle –
600/ UKD
1. Rifle. All tactical rifles on the inventory of Pakistan Army are
permitted, provided these rifles qualify following pre-requisites (also
applicable to civilian shooters): -
a. Maximum Wt. 22 lbs.
b. Caliber. .308.
c. Magazine. Functional magazine (Fixed / Removable).
d. Bipod. Removable folding.
e. Minimum Trigger Weight. 3 lbs.
f. Maximum Barrel Length. 28” (excluding the muzzle
breaks).
g. Prohibited Weapons. Bench rest rifles and F Class
rifles originally made for F TR and F Open matches are
not permitted.
h. No rifle sharing is allowed in this match.
i. The monopod can be used if integral to the rifle by the
OEM.
2. Ammunition. 20 rounds
3. Practices
a. Practice - 1 (600 Meters). Rifle must not have been
fired on day of the competition.
(1) Distance. 600 Meters.
(2) Target. 600 meters target with scoring area
depicted by two vertical lines 18" apart on
standard 600 meters target. Scoring will be of

the hits that are within two vertical lines only, as
per scoring rings lying within the vertical lines.
(3) Position. Lying, then shift as per conduct.
(4) Conduct. One cold bore SHOT from lying
position followed by 4 rapid shots at 600
meters from lying position using the bipod. Then
open bolt, change/ shift position behind a 3 to
4 sand bags high wall or to standing in trench,
using given route, load and fire 5 shots on the
target using or without using bipod. No sighters
are allowed. No rear rest allowed other than
beans bag weighing 1 lb (max). Each round
must be cycled from magazine. No manual
single loading is permitted except for the stuck/
double fed round.
(5) Time. 5 minutes for preparation. 5 minutes to
complete the firing of both parts of practice 1,
including the shifting of position.
b. Practice 2 - UKD. This practice will be fired in one
detail only, formed by the top shooters, who qualify on
merit from each detail of Practice 1.
(1) Distance. Unknown (To be calculated by
shooter/ spotter).
(2) Target. Man Size Figure 2 target printed on
1000 meters target (less outer ring). Scoring
will be of the hits on the green figure-2 target
only, as per scoring rings over-lapping with
figure 2 target.

(3) Position. Lying.
(4) Conduct. Fire 10 shots using bipod (rear rest
not allowed). One beans bag with a maximum
weight of 1 lb or the monopod can be used by
the shooter as rear rest. No sighters are allowed.
(5) Time. 10 minutes for preparation, JD (Judging
Distance) and data setting. 5 minutes for firing
10 shots.
4. Tie Breaking. By counting hits in X, 10, 9 and so on in the
score of practice-2 (UKD) only.

Any civilian shooter in possession of a 50 caliber rifle and desirous of
participation, will also be permitted.

3. Ammo. 5 rounds per firer, 10 rounds per team per practice.
4. Distance. 1200 Meters/ UKD.
5. Sighters. Nil.
6. Position. Prone.
7. Practices
(a) Practice-1. 10 rounds will be fired by the team on
allotted targets within 10 minutes. Both members of the
team will fire one after the other on their respective
target. The aggregate score will be the team score. Top
teams from each detail will be selected for UKD fire. No
sighters allowed.
(b) Practice-2 (UKD). The qualifier teams from practice-1
will fire 10 rounds in 10 minutes in one detail at UKD. No
sighters allowed.
8. The match will be decided on the score of practice-2.
9. Tie Breaking. By counting hits in X, 10, 9 and so on.
10. In case less than 10 teams or maximum 10 teams are
participating, then all will qualify for practice-2. In this case the match will
be decided on the aggregate score of both the practices. Then tie break
will be as following: -

1. Rifle. As per tactical rifle match fitted with night sight.
2. Ammo. 10 rounds (5 rounds for each practice per shooter).
3. Practices. The match will be conducted as team match and will
consist of 2 x practices i.e. night fire and fire on moving target. Night fire
will be the qualifying stage for the moving target practice. A team of 2 x
shooters will participate. Team will use one rifle.
a. Practice-1 (Night Fire – 600). Night firing with night
vision device permitted.
(1) Distance. 600 m
(2) Target. Figure-2 human silhouette
(3) Position. Lying
(4) Time. 5 minutes
(5) Ammo. 5 rounds per shooter
(6) No sighters allowed.
(7) Top teams from each detail will be selected for
final.
(8) The team will fire as one team in the same
detail. Both shooters will fire one after the other
on respective targets.
b. Practice-2 (Moving Target – 600). Only selected
teams will fire in practice-2. Moving target at walking
man speed will be engaged during exposure. 5 shots per
shooter will be fired during one exposure.
(1) Distance. 600 m

(2) Target. Moving Target Figure-2
(3) Position. Standing in trench
(4) Time. Duration of the exposure while target is
covering the distance (will be same time for all
shooters). The time/ speed will be
communicated after testing the moving tgt
system.
(5) Ammo. 5 rds per shooter
(6) Conduct. The team will fire in one detail. Both
members will fire one by one on the respective
target. The score of the team will be aggregate
score of both shooters. When shooter is ready,
the target will appear moving from left to right or
right to left (the shooter will be informed about
the direction of movement). The shooter will fire
5 x bullets during one exposure. No shot will be
fired after the command “STOP”. If shot is fired
after “STOP” then best valued bullet will be
deducted.
(7) No sighters allowed.
4. The winner team will be decided on the score of practice-2 only.
5. In case less than 10 teams or maximum 10 teams are
participating, then all will qualify for practice-2. In this case the match will
be decided on the aggregate score of both the practices. Then tie break
will be as following: -
(a) By best score in moving target fire.
(b) By counting hits in X, 10, 9 in aggregate score of both
the practices.

Marksmanship
1. Rifle. Rifle G3 with any Telescopic Sight. DMR, PSG 1 and other
rifles of G3 family with heavy barrels are not permitted.
2. Caliber. 7.62 x 51.
