» Distinguish between private & business calls› Call is marked in a standard manner on PBX› As the data are transferred to CA, the info about the phone

call’s category is transferred to CA too

» View by category› Calls can be selected and viewed by category

» Calculations per PBX are usually done on a daily basis› The data are accessible the next morning› It is possible to run calculations more often if necessary

(hotels)

» When calculations are done, calls that traveled through multiple PBXs are filtered

» Report evaluation is very fast since data were already calculated

» The Gateway Usage › Report displays minimum, maximum and average number of

calls in 1 second within 10 minute time step. (e.g. for 1 hour time interval, the report displays minimum, maximum and average number of calls per 1 second for each 10 minutes within 1 hour time interval)

› The main filter to set which is specific for this report is Gateway Port . This filter retrieves all calls on a gateway port in certain direction(s). These directions can be inbound (IN), outbound (OUT) or bidirectional (BOTH).

» To fill some tables through WWW interface can difficult because of their size, so CA also comes with› Templates for spreadsheet processors› Command line tools for administrators› Import/export from/to templates
