2. 세포주기(cell cycle)
- 한 세포가 살아가는 동안 겪는 기능적, 연속적 단계
- 간기(interphase), 체세포분열기(mitosis)로 구분
- Checkpoint(검문지점, restriction point) : 세포주기의 on or off를 조절하는 시기
-> 세포주기 조절단백질의 상호작용으로 조절
-> 암발생의 억제 및 돌연변이 치유와 관련
- 3 단계 : interphase(간기), karyokinesis(핵분열), cytokinesis(세포질분열)-> interphase : G phase (gap, growth) + S phase (synthesis)
