1stLt Register is a charismatic, energetic, and dedicated leader of Marines. DuringSpring Patrol 13.2, Lt Register was successful as the Executive Officer of Troops on theUSS Germantown. Due to his personality and harmonious working relationships, he wasable to plan with the MSEs aboard and the ship staff to execute various training eventswhile on ship. He consistently seeks responsibility, actively pursues challenges, andtakes action when necessary without waiting for guidance. Demonstrates a strong workethic and eager to broaden his own experiences. Reliable officer with unlimited growthpotential. I enthusiastically recommend him for career designation and resident career-level school.
