It’s a great pleasure to serve you with the Technical Handbook of the 27th SEA Games, Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay and Ngwe Saung , Myanmar 2013. It was 44 years ago (1969) when Rangoon, Myanmar hosted the 5th SEAP Games and shared joy with fellow participating countries and now Myanmar will be hosting the 27th SEA Games in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay and Ngwe Saung, from December 11 to 22, 2013.
