Ronald McDonald House BC and Yukon provides a home away from home for families who must travel to Vancouver so their seriously ill child can receive essential care. Funds raised at the Vancouver Island Golf Tournament help provide comfort, compassion, and a sense of community for families when they need it most.

Help keep families closeRMH BC does not receive government funding, and as a result relies on the generous support of socially-conscious organizations like yours to provide necessary services and programs to families.

Funds raised through RMH BC signature events, community events, donations, and sponsorships go toward funding the $4 million annual costs to continue to support families in need.

Since 1993 the tournament has raised more than $800,000 to support families at RMH BC. The highly anticipated event brings together 200 individuals and businesses for 18 holes of golf. Guests enjoy the ultimate golf experience, as well as lunch, fun on-course activities, exciting prizes and golfer gifts, live and silent auctions, a banquet dinner, and more!

The live and silent auctions are always a highlight of the evening, providing extensive brand exposure for donors. Auction donors are recognized on the online auction website shared widely 1-week in advance of the event and on the onscreen leaderboard during dinner. Items are also prominently displayed in the reception area.

In 2018, the auction website provided an effortless and engaging bidding experience for guests and RMH BC supporters who viewed the site 1,200

times.
