“Recruiter’s Dictionary” Mugs
In-House Recruiter n.Specialised variety of HR Professional engaged
in the endless and at times infuriating hunt for
talent on behalf of a single company or group.
Often, a reformed agency recruiter who has
acknowledged the error of their ways and has
embarked on the path to recruitment
righteousness. Expert at forwarding CVs,
insulting agencies, tweeting nonsense and pulling
rare candidates out of a secret repository of
‘unicorns’ at the drop of a hiring manager’s hat.
