CODE SIZE AGE RANGE F/ FALL HEIGHT HEAVIEST PART TOTAL WEIGHT 2.4M Memory Swing 2 Cradle Seats 6040-112 2725x2475x1450 2 to 5 Years 1.69 Metres Approx 37Kg Approx 200Kg 6040-112 Page 1 of 16 1 Read instructions thoroughly before commencing installation of unit. 2 Excavate foundations as shown in the foundation plan. 3 Assemble the swing as detailed in pages 3 to 6 using blocks as an installation aid. 4 To locate the swing in the foundation holes requires 2 men for 1 bay unit. 5 Check uprights are vertical and at correct angle, all top bars are horizontal and at correct height. 6 TIGHTEN THE M16 CROSS BAR/UPRIGHT FIXINGS TO THE CORRECT TORQUE SETTINGS, CENTRE PUNCH THREAD IN TWO PLACES TO DEFORM THREAD (SEE PAGE 7) AND FIT NUTCAP TO FIXINGS. 7 Backfill foundations with approx 0.95m³ concrete (4 parts gravel/2 parts sand/1 part cement). 8 Allow concrete to set for 48 hours. 9 Fit Swing Frame Assembly as shown. ENSURE ALL INSTALLATION AIDS ARE REMOVED BEFORE FIRST USE Steel Bar to BS 970 Steel plate to EN 10025-2:2004 Steel CHS to EN 10219 S355 & S235 Steel NBT to EN 10255 Welding to EN ISO 14341:2011 Polyester powder paint to EN 13438:2005 Standard fixings to BS 3692:2001 and BS 4190:2001 Non-standard fixings are anti-vandal and corrosion resistant

Top bar assembly details
1 Split bearing and slide over top bar, ensuring flange on bearing is towards the centre of thetop bar
2 Fit pin thro' bearing and top bar, ensuring no part of the pin sits proud of the bearing surface
3 Locate bush into the swing bearing casting
4 Locate bearing casting onto bearing, lubricating the bearing with a general lubricating grease
