Lodge Membership 225 And Growing! The Little Lodge That Does Big Things! October was another great month for the JC Lodge. The highlight was State President Marty Rosenthal's visit. Check out the NYS Elks website for some awesome pictures of the Irish Dancers outside our Lodge. We also had Leona, our very own bagpiper, on hand to serenade him in. The lunch Hope put on was outstanding, and Liz had a great DVD of our Lodges accomplishments this past year. We have alot of really fun stuff on the calendar for November, and don't forget Memorial Sunday will be December 1st at 1pm. This is always an emotional day, but a wonderful way to honor what the Order is all about. Check out the calendar and come on down! As always, keep checking out facebook page for up-to-the-minutes goings on at the logde. And here's wishing you and your family the happiest of Thanksgivings. -Suz Look throughout this newsletter for a membership number. It will look like this **999**. Leona is always willing to play her bagpipes for any event, and we're becoming rather well known for it throughout New York State! She runs our trivia night and had a drive-in movie
night that was a huge success. She also brought a great group down to the Lodge for our soccer shoot. We love having her and
the girls around to help out!
Thanks Leona for making your family part of our family! You make us all proud to be
Johnson City Elks!
