    The Inland Empire has added more jobs in the past 5 years than anywhere else in the US. More than 4.5 million people now live in the Inland Empire giving it a larger population than 25 US States. The Inland Empire is the primary job creation center of California. Significant development is occurring in the immediate area including over 100,000,000 square feet of industrial product that has been built in the Inland Empire in the past 5 years. Ontario Airport which is located within a mile of the subject property has been the fastest growing airport the past two years within the United States. Land has become much more expensive and harder to buy in the Western Inland Empire over the past few years so replacing the subject property would be difficult. The property is priced well below replacement cost.
