SOFTWARE OVERVIEW

Electronic signature (e-signature) softwareenables you to collect signatures on digitallyshared documents, and removes the need to usephysical documents to gather signatures. Theplatform allows you to distribute legally sensitivedocuments to collect e-signatures. Organizationsuse it to encrypt documents like employmentpaperwork and sales contracts for whichemployee, partner, or client signatures areneeded.

E-signature software easily integrates withthird-party solutions such as supply chain, HRmanagement, ERP, and sales systems to facilitatesupplier management, contract, and quote efforts.The tools have inbuilt security standards that meetfederal and local legal requirements. This furtherstreamlines the legal document sharing processand guarantees the legitimacy of signaturescollected with the software.
