Purpose: to find out what events led to a UEH exception

The last 25 events of each call are logged in a buffer, eg RAB transitions, handovers, etc. Up to 500 calls can be logged simultaneously. When a UEH exception occurs that leads to the call being released, the UE context history buffer is printed on bus_send UEH_EXCEPTION.

It is also possible to print the UE context history buffer of any call via the traces bus_send on UEHISTORY (non selective) or UE_UEHISTORY.

In this case, the UE context history buffer must be manually printed to TE log with the command printuehistory.
