AirPHX: To date, we have installed 17 AirPHX units at the club, including the Energy Center, pool area, fitness center, studios, hallways, and more. AirPHX provides 24-hour coverage against bacteria and viruses, nonstop sanitation of ambient air, and all exposed surfaces. In independent lab studies, typical air pathogen reductions were greater than 90% and typical surface pathogen reductions were greater than 95% using AirPHX.

Viking Pure: A game-changing antimicrobial agent that is completely harmless to humans and animals, yet has killed every pathogen it has ever been scientifically tested against. You’ll notice our housekeeping team with backpacks spraying the solution in every corner of the club with the aim of sanitizing anything that can be touched.

At Weymouth Club, we’re committed to your safety so that you can stay committed to your family. We’ve invested nearly $400,000 in cleaning and sanitization technologies to make this the safest club in the Greater Boston area.

Dance with Energy offers instruction to all levels of dancers, from preschoolers through adults. Our Dance School has two state-of-the-art studios, our performing companies have won local and national awards, and our experienced teachers offer some of the highest-quality instruction in the area. All dancers have the oppurtunity to be in the Nutcracker as well as the Spring Recital!

RECREATIONAL DANCE COMPETITION DANCE

Dancers of any age or ability welcome. Max 15 students in a class. Assistant teachers to provide more individualized attention.

Red, Orange, Green, Ball


In the R.O.G. system, players progress through levels using equipment and court sizes that correspond to their size and capability. Red, orange and green tennis balls vary in compression, size and speed from yellow balls. The result is a more positive, less frustrating tennis experience that keeps players motivated, rallying and having fun with tennis.

Yellow Ball andFast Track Teen


Whether experienced or new to the game, players ready for yellow ball (full size) tennis will build their skills at Weymouth Club. We offer three tracks for players.

Track 1: Tournament TrainingWeymouth Club’s Tournament Training Academy (TTA) is a high-performance tennis program for experienced tournament players (ranked sectionally and nationally) who are looking to improve their skills in a highly competitive training environment.

Track 2: Player DevelopmentThis track is for players looking to evolve into high-school varsity players or who currently compete at that level. Programs include tennis-specific fitness, weekly match play, and technical and tactical development.

Track 3: Fast-Track Teen TennisOur Fast-Track Teen tennis is designed to turn beginners into tennis players in just 10 weeks. This program serves as a gateway to our Yellow Ball program. Racquets are provided, if needed.

Kid Training


Girl Strong1x per week with Certified Personal Trainer Madeleine Griffin for 6 weeks.

Once per week group sessions that challenge girls to build strong bodies and strong social connections. Each session will be focused on increasing confidence through an array of different activities - physical, mental and social. Max 8 girls. Ages 9-13.

Young children love art projects, and they’re a great way to foster creativity and develop fine motor skills. We explore our wide collection of preschool arts and crafts activities that provide the perfect way to spend a morning or afternoon with your child or let them attend solo! Kids will love designing and creating puppets and collages, constructing, and painting, gluing, and crafting to their hearts’ content! Parents are welcomed to join us, but this is a drop off program. Ages 2-8, Max. 6 kids

USA Swim team focused on balancing competition with a fun experience. Season includes optional small group training with a personal trainer.

September - May season. Swimmers are encouraged to participate in other sports/activities. Meets include dual meets and New England US Swimming short course meets.

Swimmers receive coaches approval from level 6, 101 or JV. Monthly Billing.

Would you like your 12-15 year old to be able to exercise in the fitness center? Thry can with our junio certification. Your teen will receive education from a Weymouth Club certified personal trainer on the safe and correct use of strength training and cardio equipment. Price includes two sessions. Ages 12-15.
