Eligible Boats
All 2020 and prior model year boats in dealer or plant inventory purchased by a retail customer during January 2, 2020 – March 31, 2020 and warranty registered no later than April 10, 2020. Repossessed dealer inventory, and non-A product do not qualify for this program. See table above for qualifying eGift Card values.
Eligible Tracker Off Road
All 2020 and prior model year TOR units in dealer or plant inventory purchased by a retail customer during January 2, 2020 – March 31, 2020 and warranty registered no later than April 10, 2020. Eligible Sales
1. Must be sold during event dates. 2. Warranty registration must be processed online via TracNet within 10
days of delivery. Registration deadline is no later than April 10, 2020.
3. Tracker Off Road Registration must be entered in Tracker Off Road Dealer Portal within 10 days of delivery. Registration deadline is no later than April 10, 2020.
Fulfillment Process
eGift Card: Customers will receive email instructions to activate electronic eGift Card 2-3 business days after Dealer submission of Warranty Registration via TracNet.
Continuing Offers VIP Discount Cards: 1 year of VIP discounts FREE with boat/ATV purchase, 2 years with a valid email address, 3 years with valid military ID
Administrative Exceptions
Exceptions to accommodate unforeseen circumstances in program administration must comply with promotion and other applicable policy guidelines and, if approved, may be subject to additional dealer cost share.
Audit Purchase agreements must be kept on file for 3 years and are subject to audit and possible chargeback for ineligibility.

Attachment A: Special Event Offers These offers are only available to buyers during January 2, 2020 through March 31, 2020, and applies to eligible 2020 and prior model year boats or TOR in existing dealer and plant inventory. eGift Cards will be fulfilled by WRMG Headquarters. There are no cash alternatives; eGift Cards cannot be applied to the boat purchase. Spring Fever Event Offer Amounts and Dealer Participation Shares Customers that purchase qualifying boats or TOR during the Spring Fever event days are eligible to receive Bass Pro/Cabela’s eGift Cards in the amount that corresponds to the eligible package boat or TOR purchased. Attachment C: Frequently Asked Questions Q: Where can the eGift Cards be used? A: eGift cards can be redeemed at all Bass Pro and Cabela’s retail locations. eGift Cards can also be redeemed at Bass Pro Signature Restaurants. eGift Cards may also be used online at Basspro.com and Cabelas.com. Q: How will customers receive eGift cards? A: All customers that provide a valid email address will receive an email 2-3 business days after the boat has been warranty registered to activate their eGift cards. Email Field MUST be completed in order for customers to receive eGift activation instructions.
Q: What do customers do with the email they receive for their eGift? A: Customers will be sent an email from the boat brand they purchased (i.e. Tracker Boats, Suntracker, Mako, Nitro Boats, etc.) instructing them to visit a verification site in order to validate their HIN # to activate electronic gift/merchandise cards. A second email will be sent after validation with the eGift card number and pin. Q: What if my customer doesn’t have an email address? A: Customer’s without email address will receive a physical gift card at the address provided in
the Warranty Registration file. Cards will be shipped within 10-14 days after eligible Warranty Registration is completed.
Q: What happens if a Dealership enters customers email incorrectly? A: If an email address is non-deliverable or bounces the gift card will be sent to the customer’s home mailing address. However, should you identify the incorrect email has been entered you can reach to Dealer Services and they can send the customer’s to their home mailing address. This process will cause extensive delays to the customer fulfillment of gift/merchandise cards. BE AWARE OF HOW YOU ARE ENTERING THE INFORMATION.
Q: What if a Customer deletes the verification email how do they get a new one? A: Please submit your request to dealerservicesWRMG.com and ask for the email to be resent. The email can only be resent to the email address on file for the customer.
Q: Where do customers find the HIN # to verify gift/branded merchandise cards? A: HIN # can be found on the Warranty Registration paperwork as well as on the back-right
corner of every boat. Q: How do customers get a replacement card/email? A: Dealership should contact dealerservicesWRMG.com. They will check the status of card for
usage. If no usage has taken place they will deactivate the original card/email and re-issue a new card/email. If card shows usage they will deactivate card and re-issue new card/email for the amount of funds not used from the original card/email.
Q: What if a customer’s card/email is stolen? A: Cards/emails should be treated as cash property and any stolen situations should be reported to
local authority’s. Q: What happens if a Dealership enters email address for dealership instead of customers email
information? A: Dealership will receive the email activation information for the Warranty Registered boat.
They will then need to forward on to the correct customer. This should NOT HAPPEN Customer email address should be the only email entered into this field.
Q: Can physical cards be mailed to PO Box’s? A: No, all physical cards will be shipped via FedEx and must have valid street address. Q: What happens if boat is registered outside of eligible promotion time frame. A: The boat is not eligible for the gift card promotion. Dealers who wish to file for an exception
for the boat may do so on the Promo Review/Exception site (https://boat.basspro.com/PromoReview) The bill of sale/sales quote must be uploaded to the site and a reason as to why this boat should qualify for the promotion. A team will review the request and either approve or deny the exception. Please note that an additional dealer share split may be applied. If approved the customer would be sent the email within 3-4 business days.
