Industry Response to COVID-19
Transformation programs are accelerating
COVID-19 has given service providers a new confidence
and urgency to deal with legacy processes and systems. It has also led to a new level of appreciation of people;
positive impacts on productivity and autonomy.
Experience is on fast forward
B2C customers from every generation are rapidly
embracing living digitally. This is expected to accelerate
consolidation of retail and digital migration. B2B customer urgency for
transformation is accelerating.
Window of opportunity for B2B2x is shrinking
Enterprise customers are doubling-down on digitization
programs, and service providers could have as little as 12 months to get ready to
seize the opportunity
