Retired spouse (currently on active employee plan) needs to enroll in retiree medical between January 9th
and January 30th, 2020 to be eligible for the subsidized retiree medical plan
If active spouse retires after 12/31/2019, they can be added as a dependent to the retiree’s medical plan and receive subsidized family rate
