In Focus Dewitt County Shutterbug Newsletter Volume 22 No 4
DeWitt County Shutterbugs is open to anyone interested in photography or in learning more about photography.
Club meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in Cuero at the Cuero Municipal Library.Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and usually end by 9:30 p.m.
Interesting programs are presented and a photo share is conducted each month.Monthly samples of members’ artistic works are displayed at the Cuero Public Library, Trust Bank Texas, and the First National Bank.
Membership dues are $15 for individuals, $25 for couples and $5 for students, due in January.
An open contest is conducted annually in March with over 250 entries displayed at the Cuero Public Library.

These winners as well as many other photographs are on display at the Cuero Public Library, 207 East Main, Cuero, TX and can be viewed, Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30 and Saturday 9-12 noon, beginning April 2 through May 2, 2019. The Dewitt County Shutterbugs Photo Contest and Exhibition had its origin as a means to support Cuero’s celebration of Wildflower Month and has grown in size over the years with 409 photographs being entered this year. Be sure to visit the library and view this wonderful exhibition of excellent photography. The DeWitt County Shutterbugs sincerely thanks everyone who participated in this year’s contest.
