Eastern Carver County Schools has 15 schools in the district. All 15 schools have been trained in PBIS and have met fidelity. Each school building measures fidelity three times per year. They are continuing to make progress on tiers II and III.

Osseo Area Schools is a sustaining exemplar district. They continue to use culturally responsive, research-based positive behavior intervention practices that include the use of trauma-informed and restorative practices within the PBIS framework. PBIS is a district priority and is supported though coaching and district level leadership. Osseo Area Schools has also been implementing measuring both PBIS and Check and Connect at the district level.

St. Cloud Area School District 742 is a sustaining exemplar district that has been implementing PBIS for several years. St. Cloud Area School District has recognized a need to support the professional development for non-licensed staff. All of the schools in St. Cloud Area School District completed a TFI in the fall. They continue to make improvements and changes according to their district data and leadership team.

A big accomplishment for this district is that they completed 2 District Capacity Assessments to guide their strategic plan. From 2016 to 2019 there has been a 56% decrease in physical aggression and a 43% decrease in verbal abuse. The team attributes this to the consistent implementation of school-wide PBIS practices.
