Pastor Nelson will be preaching today at 4:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Baptist Church, 1010 S. Hawkins Ave. for the installation of Pastor Rodney G. McNab, Sr. All are encouraged to go support our Pastor and welcome a son of New Hope back to the city.

CORRECTION TO CALENDER: Hope Soup Kitchen will be held this Thursday, June 28th.

Our Annual Church Cookout will be held this Saturday, June 30th from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Maca Park,183 Maca Dr, Tallmadge, OH 44278 . This event is free to all of our members and their family. The cost for the Water Park is: age 2 and under free, age 3-12 $5.00, age 13-59 $8:00, senior(60+) $6.00. Plan to come out and have some fun!

We will be recognizing our students for the last time this school year, for their Academic Achievements. Please turn in your report card by next Sunday, July 1st. The awards will be given out on Sunday, July 15th. These awards will be, all A’s Pastors Club, all A’s & B’s Deacons Club, and all A’s, B’s, and one C, Ministers Club. Please remember a report card must be turned in, and the child must be present to receive the award. Thank you for your cooperation!

Vacation Bible School will be held Monday, July 9th thru Friday July13th from 6:00p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Registration for VBS will start TODAY in the Fellowship Hall. Please sign up your children and have them bring their family and friends. We are in need of craft supplies and monetary donation's. For details see Sis. Rodgers.

The Cancer Support Ministry will have their Annual HOPE For a Cure Cancer Walk fundraiser Satur-day, July 21st at 8am. The registration fee is $25.00 which includes the t-shirts. You may register after service today in the foyer. T-shirt sizes are needed ASAP to place the order. For additional information, please see a member of the Cancer Support Ministry or Sis. Nellie Rasberry, Coordinator.

Bus Trip to African American Museum in Washington, DC will be August 7th. Bus will leave the church on Monday Aaugust 6th at 6:00 a.m.. The cost is $160.00. For more information please see Sis. Lillie Jackson.

The Deaconess will be selling Cookies and Ice cream today after service in the Fellowship Hall. This is a fundraiser for the Mortgage payoff.
