• ItcanbedifYiculttomonitorcontributionstoshareddocuments/folders.Besuretohavewayssothatyoucanseewhodidwhat.
• SometimestheDoctopusplatformcanbefrustratingtouseatYirst.Practiceusingitbeforeyouimplementit.
BENEFITS FOR PARTICIPANTS
• Participantswereabletocreateanonlinecommunity,notjustdownloadinformation.Whentheyarrivedforthein-personsegment,theyalreadykneweachotherandmadeconnectionsmorequickly.
• IwasabletodifferentiateinstructionmoreeasilywithDoctopus–itwaseasiertokeeptrackofdifferenthandoutsandmonitorparticipantwork.
• Collaborationwaseasierandmodeledthegroupworkthatwewantteacherstouseintheirownclassrooms.
