New officers elected for 2018-20 are Denise Lee (President), Bernice Cox (Vice President), and Mari-Ann Wise (Secretary). Billie Sanders will continue her service as Treasurer.
In January we sadly said good-bye to three of our
long term Friends of the Library Board members. Judy Chasey (2014-18), Virginia Hale (2008-18),
and Karen Hickey (2009-18) have completed their
terms of service.
We are so appreciative of the hard work and time these individuals have given to the library system.
During their terms of office, over $200,000 was
raised to support library services in Hall County.
Our next meeting will be held
Monday, April 16
at 5 pm in the Gainesville Library Board Room.
