TASTING NOTESBeautiful aromas of apple pie spices and lemon curds are echoed in the bouquet. Dropped straight into the press by gravity, the juice was pumped directly into stainless tanks and fermented for a short time before moving to neutral oak, thus creating a wine that boasts bright acidity and showcases flavors of mango, butter and brown sugar acorn squash and white peach.
