• Overlook the city skyline from atop the 284-foot tall Soldiers & Sailors Monument anchoring Monument Circle in the heart of the city . The Civil War museum is at the base of the monument; take note of the circle bordering the grounds - it’s the main reason why one of our city’s long standing nicknames is “The Circle City…”

Whether you’re a foodie or a shop-till-you-drop person, Mass Ave should be on your to-do list .

• The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is known around the world . The motor speedway hosts the Indianapolis 500, the Brickyard 400 and the Moto GP race . Visitors can explore the rich history of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and auto racing by visiting the IMS Museum. It is just five miles from downtown.

• Step back in time while visiting the Benjamin Harrison House on Delaware Street . Benjamin Harrison was the 23rd president of the United States, and his home is a National Historic Landmark .

• In the mood for something spicy? Head to the world famous St. Elmo’s Steakhouse to have their infamous shrimp cocktail voted by The Travel Channel as “The World’s Spiciest Food ." St . Elmo’s has exceptional food, drinks and Indianapolis hospitality .

Well, the bad news is that those stressors are probably not going away any time soon . But the good news—the awesome news— is that there’s another way to approach them, another way that successfully removes the stress that accompanies these challenges— and transforms them into coping strategies that will have you laughing instead of loathing. He will show you how by simply changing your perspective you will experience a profound way of handling whatever challenges life sends your way .
