ORIGINAL NUPULSE STANDARD CLAW

The original standard claw is a one

line system. It only uses a 5/8” milk

hose and gets its vacuum and pulsa-

tion through the milk line.

ORIGINAL NUPULSE MLX CLAW

The original MLX claw is a two line

system. It uses a 5/8” milk hose for

vacuum and also has a separate 3/8”

pulsation hose.

The NuPulse FulFlo Claw has large 3/4” milk outlet to ensure rapid clearance of milk and eliminate

flooding. The NuPulse FulFlo Claw has the same Flow Response Pulsation (FRP) as the Original NuPulse

Claw and is available in a Standard or MLX system. The milk inlets are available in both the original

(herringbone) configuration and parallel parlor (between hind legs) styles. The FulFlo Claws are also

available with a Shut-Off valve.

NUPULSE® FULFLO CLAWS

The Original NuPulse Milker Claw is available in a Standard (one line system) or the MLX (two line system).

It is the ultimate in simplicity and performance. The unique vacuum operated pulsator is incorporated

into the claw eliminating the need for troublesome electrical components and wiring required by most

other machines. It can be completely disassembled and rebuilt easily and without tools. The pulsation

rate must be preset and then changes automatically with the milk flow. This is also referred to as Flow

Response Pulsation (FRP).

Milker, here are some helpful points.

1. Recommended vacuum levels are:

a. High Line: Standard Unit—12.5” Hg

b. Medium Lines and Weight Jars: 11.5” Hg

c. Low Lines and Bucket Milkers: 10.5” Hg

Add 1” when using tube type milk meters.

2. Pulsation rate should be set at pulsations per

minute for Goat Units in static mode (non-milking ).

3. Clean the air filter regularly.

6. Check the diaphragm, bobbin valve, bobbin O-ring and

bobbin vacuum hole regularly for cleanliness and proper

operation.

Wash water temperature should not drop below 110°F during recirculation cycle, and should have a pH of 11.5 or higher.

C.I.P. Cleaning using Jetters

1. Put teat cups on Jetters.

2. Insert jetter tube adapters into claw wash port.

3. Manually clean the pulsator parts weekly or as needed.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Do not over tighten the claw parts when

re-assembling. Let the O-rings do their job.

JETTER JET COVER High quality rubber covers are designed to close the Jet Washer while not in use. Includes stainless steel chains to prevent loss of covers. Can also be used to cover extra jets if washing only one goat unit. M10089NP Note: 2 x M10089NP are required for each complete jetter.

E-Zee NuPulse® offers a 3/4HP Mini Pump Assembly consisting of a heavy duty electric motor and oil less

vacuum pump, mounted on a stainless steel moisture trap and vacuum reserve tank. An oil less type

vacuum pump with adjustable regulator and vacuum gauge is direct coupled to the motor. The motor is

supplied with a 9 ft. three-prong wire power cord for 120 VAC operation. The vacuum tank has a clear

plexi lid for easy viewing into the tank. The tank bottom is equipped with 2 support legs for stability.

REFLEX

Designed by NuPulse, the REFLEX senses the vacuum level in the milking system and controls the speed

(RPM) of the electric motor driving the pump which runs just fast enough to produce the needed air flow at

the set vacuum level. As the need for air flow is introduced by the attachment and detachment of milker

units, and activation of takeoffs, the controller causes the vacuum pump to change speed accordingly. The

result is a smooth, quiet vacuum pump operation which maintains a very stable level in the system and

costs considerably less to operation. On farm experience has shown as much as 70% reduction in electrical

usage by the vacuum pump. Generally, an operation with a milking time of 10 hours per day will realize a

payback within two years. In addition to the energy savings and quick payback, the REFLEX system greatly

reduces the noise of the vacuum pump as well as extends its life. With the built-in illuminated digital

vacuum gauge, you can easily see the vacuum stability and fast response time. The vacuum level is held

steady and true.

Two models of Peristaltic Pumps are available for dispensing chemicals from their containers into the

wash vat. The #79332 Dairy Pro 3000 model delivers 32 ounces per minute while the #79350 Dema

model delivers 50 ounces per minute for larger systems. The pumps are mounted in an enclosure which

houses the motor and electric timers. Pumps can be remotely mounted in the most desirable locations.

Signal to operate the pumps is supplied from the Model 23 Control Panel which is pre-set for Wash Cycles

of a normal CIP milk receiver system. Timer segments can be used to adjust for your individual operation

needs. Precise dispensing is achieved because each unit houses electronic timers mounted inside the

peristaltic pump panel. The electronic timers control the run time of the peristaltic pump to the precise

amount of time needed for the desired amount of chemical. Units consists of three pumps for each of

three cycles: Detergent, Sanitize and Acid.

WHISPER JET 2" AIR INJECTOR

The Whisper Jet valve is operated by vacuum which

opens to allow air into the system and closes to shut

the air off. Because it’s a diaphragm valve, there is no

metal-on-metal hammering which can create loud

noises and vibration causing wear on the unit. The

Whisper Jet has a solid state timer to control the ON

and OFF time settings for the valve. Both solenoid and

timer are provided for mounting inside an automatic

washer control box.
