PHOTOS AND ARTColor images should be 300 dpi and converted to CMYK mode. Grayscale image should also be 300 dpi. Line art should be 900 dpi and verified that it is in Photoshop’s “bitmap” mode. Save image as TIFF, EPS, or JPEG. Do not use GIF or PICT or other formats.

INSERT SPECSInserts should be trim size plus full bleed. Minimum 60 lb.; maximum 100 lb. The current press run is 29,500; includes spoilage. Inserts must arrive at the printer by the 15th of the month preceding the issue date (i.e., June 15th for the July issue).

COVER WRAP SPECSCover wrap should be trim size plus bleed, with 8.25” × 3.6875” left blank on the first page for our masthead. Page count should be divisable by four with an even number of pages over the front cover and the back cover of JMCP.
