The following is information on a great opportunity to open your store in a large 56,000 sf box (can be divided) which is located in an expanding regional corridor. A Dunham’s Sports has taken 38,000 square feet of the former 94,000 sf Ames box. Union Plaza currently has a total GLA of 365,000 sf and is anchored by ALDI’S (19,000 sf), LOWE’S (136,000 sf), TRACTOR SUPPLY (25,000+ sf) and DUNHAM’S (38,000 sf). The next five years are projected to show an increase in new home construction in the area to meet the demand of the influx of new residents due to the $1.5 billion Shell Oil plant under development in Beaver. The strategic location and the proximity to Interstate 79 and Interstate 80 have made this a regional commercial corridor serving over 266,000 people in a 15-mile radius.

The SR 224 commercial corridor encompasses over 950,000 square feet of retail stores.
