DNow 2017 Ever been to a DNow? Good, that’s probably a yes, but for all you newbies out there, listen up because this isn’t just a crazy cool weekend, it’s one that could reshape your entire thinking about God, Man, the Bible, Serving, and Shaving crème (I know, weird)! This years DNow is about Empowered to change the world. Jesus’ final address to His followers was to be His witnesses (Acts 1:8). This weekend we will be just that, real people, in real action to fulfill Jesus’ final address. We will have a guest speaker, a worship band and some awesome bonding time. Seriously, fun stuff. If this is not your first go around or if it is then I suggest you lay down all expectations and get ready to be completely transformed. No seriously, I’ve seen the movie, they are real! Transformers are real, at least they look real in the movies. Anyways, He is how it works. First, well Basically the first thing to do is, you invite your friend to come with you so you’re not alone, you know! Second, read the rest of these forms. You and Your Parent need to sign what needs to be signed and then turn them in. Last, just show up, it’s not our first time so we will take care of the rest. There are a few DNow Rules: 1. This is a Church event, so your conduct should be appropriate, like at Grandmas house, or something. 2. Bring the required things on the PACKING LIST. 3. Shaving crème is not to be put in your mouth. (tastes bad) 4. Don’t bring the “Don’t Brings Stuff” on the PACKING LIST 5. Don’t call the Youth Pastor about what to bring! (View the PACKING LIST) 6. Did we mention a PACKING LIST 7. Have fun, and view the (PACKING LIST)

God is going to do a powerful thing this weekend! It’s going to be epic, it going to be crazy cool awesomeness to the extreme! Begin now praying for God to work in your heart. And gear up because it’s going to be fun. This is your packing list! So, I would at the least bring all of these things: Bible, Pen, Journal The 3 most important tools to empower you to be equipped for DNow and
listen, I know your phone has a Bible app, Still, bring your BIBLE, phones will not be allowed to be used during sessions.
Comfortable Clothes Modest for sure, it is a Church event We will be doing a service project on Saturday and going to a Trampoline
Park, so bring appropriate clothes to work in and to play in. Don’t Forget Church Clothes. You will wear you DNow Shirt at church! Hygiene Products We are not your mama, But we don’t want to smell you either.
Bring soap, shaving stuff, DEODARANT, laundry sack, teeth stuff. Sleeping Stuff Pillows, Sleeping bag, “your favorite teddy bear” Snacks All the healthy junk food your mama wouldn’t want you to have. Phone You can bring it, but don’t abuse it, no phones during sessions! Forms and Money Time to pay up, make sure, if you haven’t, turn in your $50 and forms.

to find time to use your ipad, ipod, iwatch, and let’s not for get all those “other” devices.
