簡章 General Information

報讀課程,請填妥報名表格並親臨港燈家政中心繳交學費;如以郵遞方式報名,請將表格
連同劃線支票寄往香港北角城市花園道28號電燈中心10樓港燈家政中心(請勿郵寄現金)。
a) 支票抬頭請書名「香港電燈有限公司」。
b) 一切已繳學費,概不退還。
課程學額有限,宜盡早報名,本中心不設留位服務。
本中心課程只接受九至七十五歲人士報名。
凡學員交妥全課程學費及上課次數達四分之三,又在若干課程經過考試及格者,可獲發
港燈家政中心證書。課程若少於四堂本中心將不頒發證書。
如遇公眾假期,當日課程將作順延。在懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號,或黑色暴雨警告訊號
時,中心將取消當日課程,恕不安排補堂。
中心在有需要時有權更改原定課程的導師、上課時間及內容等。
任何人士不論學歷均可報讀本中心課程,其取錄與否由中心決定。
歡迎每團十二人或以上的團體報名,詳情請與中心職員聯絡。
於上課時段,除學員外,其他人士不得進入課室。
除非獲資料擁有人同意,報名表格上所載的個人資料,只會用作處理報名,不會作其他
用途。
Enrolment can be done in person at the Home Management Centre by completing this enrolment form and submitting it with the course fee. You can also enrol through mailing to 10/F., Electric Centre, 28 City Garden Road, Hong Kong with a crossed cheque (no cash is allowed). a) Cheques should be made payable to “The Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd.”b) Course fees are not refundable.It is advisable to enrol well in advance as places are limited. There is no reservation service.Classes are opened for registration for the age of 9- 75 only.Certificates will be issued to those who have made full course payment and attended not less than 75% of a course and those who have also passed an examination if applicable. Certificates will not be issued for courses of less than 4 lessons.Classes will be postponed on public holidays. Upon hoisting of typhoon signal No.8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, classes will be cancelled and no make-up class will be arranged.The Centre reserves the right to make alterations regarding the instructor, time and contents of courses offered when necessary.No formal education qualification is required for the courses except when otherwise specified. Acceptance is subject to the decision of the Centre.Please contact centre staff for group class enquiry. (minimum of 12 people is required)During classes, only registered students are allowed in classrooms.All personal data collected on enrolment forms will be used for course enrolment only, unless consents from data holder is obtained.
