Nitrator 2500 comes

standard with a 2,750 gallon ellip cal tank, the 1700

comes with an op on of either a 1,610 tank or a 1,850

gallon tank, and 5 sec ons. Kelley Engineering will

customize the controls to the customer’s specifica ons.

The applicators also feature an adjustable front hitch, a 4

bar parallel li linkage, main li and wing lockouts,

adjustable wing stops, self‐locking gravity latches, and a

heavy duty hinge

Our systems come completely assembled and ready to mount on the bar. Installa on is also available.

Our systems come with unions for easy removal of the flow meter and servo.

If you have an exis ng system, we will use what we can to lower your cost.

We will mix Raven®, Hiniker®, and Con nental systems to give you what you need for a given applica on.

AgLeader®, Trimble®, and John Deere® systems are compa ble with most Hiniker® components.

We recommend the Hiniker VOD or the Equa‐Flo manifold or the Impellicone manifold for be er distribu on, but there are other factors. We will discuss with you the addi onal steps you can take to achieve greater accuracy at a reasonable cost.

We use Flo‐Max breakaways for higher flow rates, reduced pressure drop, and reduced vapor crea on.

We stock everything to repair our systems to keep you running.

FM126 EZ Bracket

Squibb‐Taylor now has a bracket for

their Flo‐Max safety coupler or

“break‐away”. The Flo‐Max can be

tough to get together and apart,

but this bracket makes it easy. This

is now standard equipment on all of

our systems. A version for the

1‐1/2” Flo‐Max is also available.

Flo‐Safe ‐ Nurse Tank Electronic Emergency Shut Off

Flo‐Safe is designed to be

mounted to the outlet valve of

the tank and automa cally close

if it loses power. If the break‐

away valve does not func on

toolbar is economical and it is stout! It is designed to be

expanded from 11 to 13 to 15 knife by simply bol ng on

another wing sec on. As your opera on expands, so can

your toolbar.

Agri‐Products has 210 gallon saddle tanks that fit inside

the tracks of many 2 track tractors if they are set to 120”

spacing. The tractors must also be on 16” or 18” belts.

Do you have an issue that the dealer said can’t be done or the cost of an upgrade is too high? Give us a call, we may be able to solve your issue.

Having issues with water in Raven valve motors? We can replace an exis ng Raven motor on a NH3 ball valve with a KZ motor. No need to pull the valve body, just swap motors. The KZ motor can even come with Raven’s new style molded connec on.

We now offer Siemens MAG 5000 meters for new or replacement use on manure handling equipment and

at a lower price than the KROHNE meters. They are a

direct replacement for the KROHNE flow meters

typically used. We are working with a local distributor so that we can troubleshoot these meters ourselves and provide our customers local service. We have verified their compa bility with Raven and Ag Leader controls, which means that they will be compa ble with any controls.
