Campus Ministry and Student Activities work together to nurture the development of religious faith and practice at Manor College through values inherent in the Catholic Basilian vision while encouraging a responsible lifestyle through reverence, respect and service to community through: Prayer Gatherings • Guided Prayer Meditations Evening and Weekend Retreats • Workshops Students volunteer for numerous community service projects, get together for movie nights, open mic nights and various other ser- vice activities which respond to the poor and needy. Each room has a Micro- Fridge, cable and wireless internet access, and residents are permit- ted to bring televisions and stereos. The Manor Café serves break- fast, lunch and dinner five days a week and the Coffee Bar is always available for coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, salads and snacks. The Health Services office is staffed by a board certified college health nurse who provides, free of charge, primary assessment and treatment of health problems and issues and over-the-coun- ter medications for minor illnesses. Career counseling is available to help you explore options for selecting your academic major and/or professional career path. Security officers are stationed in every building and patrol Man- or’s campus 24-hours a day.
