Dear Members and Friends of the AAMA,

Welcome! I’m delighted you’ve chosen to

spend time with us.

The AAMA is an organization comprised of

dedicated professionals from the out-of-

home entertainment industry. We’re in the

business of creating fun, engaging

experiences that entertain and captivate

players from every imaginable demographic,

(and when creating fun is your business, it’s

safe to say we enjoy what we do).

The AAMA is committed to preserving, protecting and promoting the

coin-operated amusement industry. These principles manifest

themselves through our proactive monitoring of legislative issues

affecting our membership, our sharing of ideas and best practices during

annual events including the upcoming Amusement Expo set for March

25–26 in Las Vegas, (co-sponsored with our friends at AMOA) and our

Annual Meeting and Gala taking place August 10-14, and our Location

Trade Show Program through which members are able to promote their

products and services to a wider audience including The Bowl Expo,

Roller Skating Convention, and the International Association of

Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA).

Driving all of these activities are the people that make up our Board of

Directors, Committees, and Staff. They bring their passion, enthusiasm,

and integrity to this work and I am touched, moved and inspired by their

doing so.

I believe strongly that “making a difference” is an integral part of a life

well lived. If you share this ideal and want to participate in the

conversations that do just that, I encourage you to join us. You won’t

The American Amusement Machine Association is a not for profit, 501(c)6 organization representing the manufacturers, distributors and part suppliers for the coin-operated amusement industry, through legislation, education,

information and industry promotion.

MISSION STATEMENT To preserve, protect and promote the coin-operated entertainment industry.

OBJECTIVES Preserve

1. Seek out opportunities that support the manufacturer, distributor and operator partnership.

2. Provide a vehicle for evaluation and communication on matters of common interest to manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of coin-operated amusement machines.

3. Act as a liaison between members of the association and others within the industry.

Protect

1. Monitor developments both within and outside the industry, which affects the industry and to disseminate such information to members of the industry.

2. Provide joint representation of association members before legislative and administrative agencies and in court proceedings, and promote the interests of the industry before government officials and legislative bodies.

Promote 1. Engage in advertising and publicity and otherwise to bring before the public,

information regarding the coin-operated amusement machine industry.

2. Search for ways for owners of coin-operated amusement machines to improve their profitability; and disseminate the association's findings to those owners, in order to promote improvement in the economic well-being of the industry.

Children's Miracle Network Hospitals is celebrating its 30-year anniversary! Since 1983,

the organization has raised more than $4.7 billion—most of it $1 at a time—for 170

children’s hospitals across the United States

and Canada, which, in turn, use the money

where it’s needed the most. These donations

have gone to support research and training,

purchase equipment, and also to pay for

uncompensated care, all in support of the

mission to save and improve the lives of as

many children as possible.

KEEN is a national, nonprofit volunteer-led

organization that provides one-to-one

recreational opportunities for children and young

adults with developmental and physical

disabilities at no cost to their families and

caregivers. KEEN's mission is to foster the self-

esteem, confidence, skills and talents of its athletes through non-competitive activities,

allowing young people facing even the most significant challenges to meet their

individual goals.

purpose of raising and distributing funds

to children's charities for scientific,

educational and charitable purposes.

Since 1983, the AAMCF has contributed in excess

and foundations including Children’s Miracle
