I. Call to Order – Brad Williams II. Proposed Amendments to NAA Bylaws
A. Consider composition of Executive Committee to include
two NAA Past Chairs (Article VIII, Section 1; Article IX, Section 1)
B. Add two additional voting at-large members to the Board
Chairman’s appointments would be selected and approved by Executive Committee (Article VIII, Section 1 – E)
C. Discuss reduction impact when an existing member of the Board is unable to fulfill their commitment, is no longer employed by a member company or relocates from the Region.
D. Consider RVP term limits as a guideline/recommendation
Limit to 8 years unless running for an Officer position
