• Buyer’s Club - 323 mini-market sales including produce, pasta, nuts, etc. * This program ended April 1, 2016

• Fare For All - 1,708 people were served at this collaborative food buying program which enables people to save up to 40% on groceries

• Optage Frozen Meals - 14,256 meals delivered annually

• Share in the Feast - 154 People attended Share in the Feast, a collaborative holiday meal program with the faith community

Creekside Community Center

Regular business hours: 8:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

This public facility is available for rental 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to Bloomington citizens.

• $108,171 rental revenues received in 2016• 125,000 duplicated visitors annually.• 1,066 rental meetings accounted for 22,430 visitors to the center.

Services include meeting room spaces with integrated technology, commercial kitchen, notary services, free Wi-Fi, library.

The facility houses the Bloomington senior programs, community events and leases space to (2) local/regional human service agencies.

Contractual Partnerships

• Over 70 contract agencies that provide

education, human services, food, financial

assistance, legal assistance, older adult services,

translation services and citizen engagement.

Examples: Bridging, Cornerstone, Oasis for

Youth, VEAP, Loaves and Fishes & HomeLine

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

• Provides oversight on facility and program

access. Provided 15 citizens with information to

address complaints on accessibility.

Educating and Advocating for Equality

• Appointed by the City Council to aid and advise in insuring equal opportunity for all citizens• 9 members (7 adults and 2 youth)

• 11 complaints/inquiries were received and processed.
