2x Week Full Service Maintenance:We will care for the pool as if it were our own. By choosing this plan you know you havelowered your stress levels & can enjoy your backyard oasis to the fullest. During our visitswe will brush the walls, vacuum the pool, add balancing chemicals, and bring a water sampleback to be computer analyzed. (H20 samples are tested on the 1st visit of the week.) We will backwash and fill chlorine feeders/skimmers as needed.

2x Week Maintenance Assist/Single Vacuum:We will assist you with your weekly maintenance responsibilities. Please understand yourpool will need attention between our visits. During our visits we will brush the walls,vacuum the pool, add balancing chemicals, and bring a water sample back to be computeranalyzed. (H20 samples are tested on the 1st visit of the week.) We will backwash and fillchlorine feeders/skimmers as needed. During the second visit we will do a follow upchemical check of the water & make adjustments based on the computer test results.

2x Week Chemical Maintenance Assist:We will check chemical levels while you are committing to the weekly cleaning & maintenance of the pool. During our visits we will add chemicals needed to maintainproper water chemistry, backwash filter as needed, & bring a sample to be computer analyzed.

One Time | Vacation Maintenance:While you are away, we will perform a regular weekly maintenance visit. Enjoy your vacation knowing that your pool is being taken care of by a Caribbean technician. During our visits we will brush the walls, vacuum the pool, add chemicals, fill chlorinefeeders/skimmers, & backwash the filter as needed. A water sample will be brought backto be analyzed.

*If the pool currently has a clarity problem, is black, green, or excessively dirty…one visit will not turn the water clear. A series of visits will be required to clean the pool. (Chlorine pools only)

Over time – Oils, lotions, cosmetics, hair products, & body sweatbuild up in the pipes where normal cleaning & circulation can't cleanthem out. You need to purge the lines to reduce their troublesomesymptoms. We recommend draining the spa 3 times a year & purgingat least once during one of these drains. (If your bather load is higherthan normal or spa care is neglected, then the water may need to bedrained more often.)

During the 1st trip out:• Remove cartridge filter elements• Chemically clean filter elements overnight left on-site• Add Spa Purge to water• Run jets for 5 minutes to get Spa Purge into the lines• Customer must allow spa to sit overnight circulating with the jets off

During the 2nd trip out:• Drain spa of old water• Rinse inside of spa• Use spa mitt to clean the acrylic surface• Refill spa with customer's hose• Take water sample to store • Email water test results for customer to balance

Tips:- Always monitor pool water level. Never let water be lower than 5 inches under normal operating level or damage to cover will occur.

- Never hit the stops with the leading edge bar when opening/closing the cover.- Leading edge bar should not vanish under the lid when opened.- Clean tracks every month with garden hose while cover is open to remove debris.- Use Teflon spray for lubrication. Grease based sprays can cause stains or dirt build-up on the cover & ropes.

Items NOT included in any of our opening packages: Chlorine demands, softswim, accessory chemicals, Frog mineral reservoir, new water chlorine cartridges, mineral springs renewal or beginnings,metal removal & service repairs. All pricing assumes pool was operational previous season. We reserve the right to decline opening a customer’s pool upon arrival. If the pool was closed with coloredor dirty water......expect the same or worse water condition at opening. It will take extra time to clean it up in the Spring. We suggest opening the pool in early to mid April to prevent additional algaegrowth & to give you plenty of time to clean it up. Planning ahead keeps from cutting into your swim season and can also save money!
