Reformer PilatesThe BAC offers both private and group training sessions based on the original Joseph H. Pilates method developed more than 90 years ago that uses springs to generate resistance. This helps isolate specific muscle groups in ways you could not do while standing. Increase strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness—regardless of your age or condition. If you have an injury, the reformer can be useful to maintain proper alignment and provide support. Participants must fill out a profile prior to the first session; please contact Sheri Shon, group exercise manager, for information.
