OrderingRS&I, Inc. does not believe in minimum orders. We understand that sometimes one piece of equipment is all you need. However, we do request that you consolidate your orders whenever you can. This will allow our shipping department to give you faster, more economical service.

ShipmentsAll shipments are FOB (Freight On Board) the RS&I Branch location from which you order.

Same Day ShipmentsRS&I will attempt to ship all orders the same day they are received. In times of exceptionally high volume, orders received before 1:00 PM will be given priority. All shipments are based on product availability.

Order DiscrepanciesAll shipping shortages or pricing discrepancies must be reported to RS&I within five (5) days of the invoice date.

Damage and Shortage ClaimsMerchandise shipped by RS&I is carefully packaged or pre-packaged by our suppliers in compliance with carrier requirements. Once a shipment is released to a carrier, any damage(s) become the responsibility of the carrier. All claims must be made directly with the freight carrier and should be reported as soon as possible. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be noted on the freight bill or carrier’s receipt, and signed by the carrier’s agent. Failure to do so will result in the carrier’s refusal to honor the claim. Please open your order immediately to inspect for concealed damage and compare packing lists to actual items shipped.

Warranty Repair PolicyRS&I, as the manufacturer’s agent, will repair or replace an item that fails within the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty. Some items may be serviced directly by the manufacturer, not RS&I. In order to qualify for RS&I to process a return, the following conditions must be met: (1) A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained and appear on the

outside of the package; (2) Equipment must be received in its original condition, complete, and in its original packaging; (3) A copy of the original invoice must also be enclosed. The customer will be responsible for any freight costs to RS&I. Defective equipment must be received by RS&I or a valid credit card number must be on file before replacement items will be shipped. Terms and Conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty are not within the control of RS&I, Inc.

ReturnsYour satisfaction is important to us. Call us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. The RA Number must be printed clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. RA Numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issuance. Merchandise returned without an RA Number will not be accepted. All returns must be in the original packaging and must be accompanied by the manufacturer’s paperwork, a copy of the invoice and a note describing the problem. All returned merchancise must be shipped prepaid to the RS&I warehouse issuing the RA Number. Refund requests will be granted only on merchandise returned within 10 days of the purchase date. A restocking fee of up to 15% will be charged for all returns.

Prices and Price ListsCurrent RS&I prices are always available to our valued dealers on our website through the Order Express feature of EZ-Trac. Occasionally, RS&I prints and distributes complete or partial price lists for the convenience of our dealers. Those prices are correct and current as of their date of printing and distribution. We suggest that all prices be confirmed with your RS&I Account Executive at the time of order. The price lists are designated for Dealer use only. Possession of a price list does not necessarily constitute the right to purchase as a dealer. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
