2014 Physician Quality Reporting System Qualified Registries CMS is pleased to announce the 2014 qualified registries. These entities have self-nominated and indicated that they meet the requirements as outlined by CMS in the 2014 Physician Fee Schedule final rule. The 2014 qualified registries are able to report quality measure data to CMS, on behalf of individual eligible professionals (EPs) and Group Practice Reporting Organization (GPRO) group practices, for the 2014 Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) program year. In the table below, each of the self-nominated 2014 qualified registries has provided detailed information regarding the services they offer their clients, as well as the cost incurred by their clients. If the qualified registries are supporting individual measures, they have attested that they can report on at least 9 measures covering 3 National Quality Strategy (NQS) domains for at least 50 percent of an EP’s/GPRO’s Medicare Part B Fee For Service patients. If the vendors are supporting measures groups, they have attested that they can report at least 1 measures group on behalf of an EP for at least a 20-patient sample, a majority of which (at least 11 out of 20) must be Medicare Part B FFS patients. EPs and GPRO group practices, wishing to participate in 2014 PQRS through a qualified registry, may contact the entities listed below for additional details.
