WHEN We Reach This Goal, It Will CHANGE Some Things! The Goal is $55,000. (Approx $100 per student)

Money Available Right In The Beginning! PTA Would be Able to Fund Programs Early in The School Year. This is BIG! Teachers can PLAN for Extras for the Classrooms

Major Fundraisers-DONE! Walk-A-Thon Would Become a School-Wide Field Day- We could even provide every student a Field Day T-Shirt!

Spring Fling would become FREE to play! No More Wristbands! No More Tickets to Play Games! Even Better! PTA could put on THE BEST Spring Fling this school has EVER seen! The only cost to HLE Families would be food and beverages.

PTA’S PANTHER PRIDE DIRECT DONATION FUNDRAISER

This year, HLE PTA will launch the Direct Donation Fundraiser. Traditionally, PTA sells various products and keeps a percentage of the profits (usually less than 50% and as low as 30%)

A Direct Donation Fundraiser is 100% profit for your PTA. Students will have many chances to win Pawsome prizes! There will be

3 prize pools. Although, there is a Participation Prize for every student regardless of the amount raised.

$25 Pawsome Prize Pool- Get $25 in donations and you will be entered to win the prizes in that Prize Pool.

$50 Pawmendous Prize Pool- Get $50 in donations and you will be entered to win the prizes in the $25 Prize Pool and the $50 Prize Pool.

$100 Pawnormous Prize Pool- When you get $100 in donations, you will be entered to win prizes in the $25, $50 and $100 Prize Pools!

For example, if you get $125 in donations, you will be entered into ALL 3 Prize Pools PLUS a BONUS entry into the $25 Prize Pool!

If you get $200 in donations, you will be entered to win in ALL 3 Prize Pools TWICE!

FUNDRAISER COMMERCIAL & PRIZE POLL!

PTA will be shooting a Commercial for the Fundraiser on Monday, 9/08 @ 6:00PM at Wall Springs Park & Thursday, 9/11 @ 3:30PM in the HLE Media Center

PTA will be polling the students on what prizes they would like to see- Forms will be available in the café until Wednesday, September 10th. Students can fill out their ballot and drop it in the PTA Drop Box in the Café

AREA OF FOCUS #2COMMUNICATION

PTA will start making videos for Staff, Students and Families to promote PTA events- They will be played on morning announcements for students and will then be available on the PTA web site for parents to view

on a regular monthly spot in the HLE Newsletter

AREA OF FOCUS #3VOLUNTEERISM/MEMBERSHIP

Members will vote! PTA Board will have PTA Members vote on as many things as possible throughout the school year- Movie for Movie Night, Programs for upcoming PTA General Meetings

Classes that have 100% Membership will get rewarded with a Popcorn Party

HOW YOU CAN HELP! Turn In Box Tops- Suzy Jones is

spearheading Box Tops and will be tracking students’ donations. Students will get a Spirit Stick for every 100 they turn in!
