Complete the Admissions process. 2. Complete your 2014 federal income tax returns. 3. Use the informaon from your tax returns to complete the Free Applicaon for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Be sure to list York College so that we will receive your results. Our Title IV school code is 002567. It is highly recommended that you use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool available on the FAFSA to upload your federal tax informaon. York College will receive your FAFSA results electronically 5-7 business days aſter you submit your FAFSA. 4. Aſter analyzing your FAFSA results, York College will issue a tentave award package detailing the Federal Financial Aid you are eligible for according to the FAFSA results. Further informaon on scholarship awards will be avail- able as the office receives applicaons and recommenda- ons for each student. 5. Following the priority scholarship deadline, a final award packet will be sent. This will detail all financial aid avail- able to the student as well as a cost worksheet, payment plan informaon, etc. for the Student Accounts Office. 6. Complete and return the award leer, cost worksheet, and other payment documents to the Financial Aid/Stu- dent Accounts Office within 30 days from the date on the award leer.
