Saskatchewan’s economy is growing and that means there are more jobs available than
ever before. Unfortunately, the number of workers is not growing at the same rate so many jobs go unfilled and businesses cannot grow to their full potential.
By improving the productivity of people and businesses however, this loss of potential can
be greatly reduced. Attending a Productivity 101 workshop is your first step in creating a more productive and profitable business or organization.
By attending this workshop you will learn the basics of what productivity is and how it is applicable to your business. Some of the things that you will learn include:
Productivity basics
The value of productivity improvement to your own organization
What tools, programs, and services are available to your businesses or organization
How to start your journey of productivity improvement
The three pillars of productivity
The workshop will be delivered by Mr. Sebastian Panciuk, one of Productivity Alberta’s
productivity experts, who will be in Saskatchewan to facilitate this first series of Productivity 101 workshops throughout the province. The workshop is approximately three hours long, with
adequate time allowed for questions during and after the workshop. Mr. Panciuk is currently the Manager of Business Development and Advisory Services at
Productivity Alberta. He is a proven leader with over 12 years of experience in managerial and supervisory team building. He has obtained his MBA and a Bachelor of Education from the
University of Alberta, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University College. His attention to detail, problem solving ability, communication skills, business acumen, and positive
energy provide him with the necessary skills to guide you on your productivity journey.
